Skip has over twenty years of management consulting experience
with an emphasis on strategic planning, organizational growth, change
and transformation management, organizational effectiveness, and
total quality management as well as interventions focused on customer
satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
His clients have included a number of Fortune 500 companies, family-owned
businesses as well as emerging organizations in both the for-profit
and not-for-profit sectors. He has extensive experience in the financial
services, pharmaceutical and hospitality industries. He has a track
record of success in developing approaches that are responsive to
an organization's needs to change in order to remain competitive
and viable.
Skip was a Sector Practice Leader for an international consulting
firm, Chief Operating Officer for a multi-faceted hospitality and
retail enterprise and a Regional Practice Leader for the tenth largest
accounting and consulting firm in the world.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Skip also completed
advanced coursework at the Temple University School of Law. He has
taught at Penn State and Cornell, has held numerous leadership positions
in professional associations and is often sought as a speaker and
presenter.
