and non-family key executives learn best practices of successful
business families.

which gives her first-hand appreciation for the unique challenges,
opportunities and complexities facing families who manage and/or
own enterprises together. Sally is a natural to guide business families

Legacy Process, which fast tracks the leadership development of
each member of the family.

family aspirations, identify key issues and assess the strengths
of the family and the business. She also introduces The Lasting
Legacy Process and reviews the unique interdisciplinary resources
available through the Center to prepare them for another generation
of success.
Drawing on over 16 years of experience working with dozens of business
families, Sally leads family meetings and facilitates the development

to grow great families that work together with confidence, clarity
and alignment for generations to come.

Learning Labs which combines peer learning and executive coaching
to fast-track the develop of successors and helps families.
