"Every successful enterprise is energized and driven by a unifying strategic idea, a simple statement that has action embedded in vision."

Lee will also facilitate this process "live" with members of our Next Generation Learning Labs.

Leave with tools to uncover your vision which will empower you to action!

- How to connect vision and strategy
- How to identify a "strategic idea" by asking the right questions
